Victim information is excluded. CBI also stresses that the listed offense set is not a complete criminal record. Use Logan County court records or ICHC when the question extends beyond registry status.
What Logan Registry Results Omit
Colorado law limits the online roster. Adults whose only qualifying conviction is a misdemeanor sex offense are not posted in the public website category described by CBI.
